As part of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society (PTTK), the PTTK Heritage Trees were planted in cooperation with the State Forests. Under the slogan "We are planting trees for future generations", during the 7th Intergenerational Tourist Relay, more than 320 trees were planted throughout the country, marked with 70 specially designed identification plates.
The planting of PTTK Heritage Trees was part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Society established by local communities. By growing, surrounded by care, they will help to preserve the memory of the achievements of PTTK for the preservation of the natural and landscape values of Poland.
Go to Poland to follow the trail of PTTK heritage trees, where groups of tourists and sightseers commemorated seven decades of exploring the natural and historical heritage of our homeland.
